Standard Home Inspection Starting at $500

This base fee covers homes up to 2000 sq. ft. located within 75 km of Barrhead, AB.

Home Size Additional Fee

Larger homes take longer to inspect properly and result in more detailed reports. We apply a modest fee increase based on square footage:

2000–2500 sq. ft. + $50

2500–3000 sq. ft. + $100

3000–3500 sq. ft. + $150

3500–4000 sq. ft. + $200

4000–4500 sq. ft. + $300

4500–5000 sq. ft. + $400

5000–5500 sq. ft. + $500

5500–6000 sq. ft. + $600

Travel Fees

We serve Barrhead and surrounding communities. For inspections located more than 75 km from Barrhead, a travel fee of $1.00 per kilometre (one way) is applied.

Our scheduling also factors in travel time automatically — so your inspection runs on time, every time.
